So what is going on in the wonderful world of Doodles? Not much. Christmas was fun. I got:

- A Betsey Johnson purse & wallet!
- Betsey Johnson perfume
- Tales of Beedle the Bard
- A cookbook
- gift cards
- Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 dvd

So I went to the mall to scour out the winter clearance, and that mall was a ZOO. The worst I've ever seen. I wanted to cry right along with some of those antsy toddlers, and I love to shop! I think I'll just save my money for spring clothes.

Well...I'm really bored. I've only had real actual fun the first day of break when I saw a friend's ice skating show and then went ice skating for free afterwards. :D Christmas was fine. And now, New Years is coming up...but I never have anything to do! Everyone's off going to some party, but I'm at home. When the clock strikes midnight, I go outside, pull a few of those champagne poppers BY MYSELF, and then yell "woooooo!"

yada yada blah blah. If you're interested, here are my resolutions for '09.

- Spend more time with friends.
- Go somewhere I've never been.
- Try to be a friend to him again, unless it will only be really awkward.
- Read really good books and see really good movies.
- Spend more time with my cat, and less time on facebook.
- procrastinate less.
- worry less.

but what a year! I:

Went to Ireland.
Saw Juno and really disliked it!
Became a fan of Ingrid Michaelson.
Got my first kiss.
Got my first boyfriend.
Got my first heartbreak.
Went ice skating.
Looked very colorful along with my other friends at homecoming.
Got my drivers permit.
Went to a fun birthday party and watched The Incredibles.
Turned fifteen.
Fell in love with mocha java chiller shakes from Sonic. :D
Mastered a rock climbing wall on a cruise ship.
Grew up.
Met some really awesome people who I hope to see again from the cruise!
Grew close to some people that were in 8th when we were in 7th grade.
& best of all...I survived!

Daylight Savings Time got me up early

So here I am. Homecoming was fun. :) Cassidy, Sarah, Meghan, Lianna, and Amber were all different colors so the pics turned out very colorful. :D

Weellllll. I guess I'm content. Do I still miss *him*? Every day. But then I realize I need a break from guys. I guess that isn't working out though, because there is this guy next to me in biology who I have a feeling likes me. He is a bit of a loud and annoying skater dude, and sometimes very jerky. I don't think I could ever date him. Anyways, I have this "emo notebook." Where I get out all my feelings about my ex. Skater dude got a hold of it, read it, and then wrote down on the next blank page "I've been through what you have." I'd never seen this vulnerable side to him, so it was very endearing.

There is also this guy who keep seeing around in the halls. I have no idea who he is, but that kid is gorgeous. I think Neko would agree. He has blonde, wavy-ish, curly-ish hair that goes down to about his ears. He's not really preppy, but not punky either. He has a messenger bag and cuffed jeans and always wears red converse. I see him at least 5 times a day just in the hallways!!

How was everyone's Halloween? Mine was good; I went as a cat. My dad just drove me around the big fancy houses and I went to a few. I have to say, though, the best thing I got was the only house I went to in my neighborhood. I got a king sized Hershey's dark chocolate bar! mmm.

I pwn.

I know the whole dance to Thriller now!!
I took a class for $5 that taught you the whole dance. I am pleased.

It's over.

6 months was a long time, but now it's time to move on. I never saw him and I needed space. After two days, pitiful me wanted him back and so I told him. He said he just wasn't sure. I realize now that space IS needed, and I'm better off.

Dating in high school is too much. Just wait and don't be too serious with anyone. That ties you down. :P

I get it all the time on gmail. It's always something like "Please her in bed with a bigger rod!." I have no idea where they're coming from. :P Oh well. At least it goes right to the spam folder!

Well last night, I saw Ingrid Michaelson! She was great. :D It was very, very indie. Everyone looked like they were going to be in an ad for Urban Outfitters. You know, like beatniks. Not that that bothered me or anything...it gave me some good clothing ideas. :)

OH OH OH! I rented Little Miss Sunshine, and loved it!! I especially liked Olive's dance at the end, haha. It's one of my fave movies now!
